Sally Shrestha is a Senior Yoga Teacher based in Dorking, Surrey, offering Hatha and Beginner Ashtanga Yoga classes for ages 16 and above. Her teaching is inclusive, accessible, and tailored to all abilities—whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning after a long pause.

Sally’s journey began in the 1990s while living in Nepal, where she first experienced the profound benefits of yoga. Later in life, as the pace of family and career gently shifted, she trained as a yoga teacher—bringing with her a deep understanding of how daily demands can affect the body, mind, and spirit.

Each class is an invitation to reconnect. Sally meets you exactly where you are, adapting your practice to support your unique needs and intentions. Her approach is grounded, nurturing, and empowering—helping you build strength, find balance, and cultivate inner calm.
