General
The Terms are to be read by you together with any terms, conditions or disclaimers provided in the pages of the Site. In the event of any conflict, the terms provided in the pages of the Site will govern. The information, material and content provided in the pages of the Site (the “Information”) may be changed at any time. Changes may be made to the Terms at any time and you will be emailed to inform you of any changes. You agree to review the Terms regularly and your continued access or use of the Site will mean that you agree to any changes.
Health
You must complete a health questionnaire when registering with Sally Shrestha. If you suffer with low/high blood pressure and/or cardiac irregularities you should not attend class until you have permission from your doctor. It is your responsibility to inform the Teacher of any changes to your health which may be exacerbated through continued participation of the yoga classes.
Equipment
You must bring your own yoga equipment to class. You can purchase a pack of equipment from Sally Shrestha Yoga; go to the pricing page for more information. A list of equipment will be given on signing up to a block of classes. You are required to clean your equipment before and after class.
In-person
Classes Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class is scheduled to start. If you arrive 5 minutes after the class start time we reserve the right to refuse you entry to the class.
Live-Stream Classes
To access live-streamed classes you will need to pay in advance and a link will be emailed to you.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class is scheduled to start.
If you arrive 5 minutes after the class start time we reserve the right to refuse you entry to the class. Should you arrive after the class has started MUTE your microphone so that any interruption is lessened.
Recorded Classes
To access Sally Shrestha Yoga videos for your sole use, you will need to pay in advance. A link will be emailed to you. By accepting these terms, you agree to not passing on or sharing these recordings.
Class Passes/ Drop InSessions
One-to-One or One-to-Two sessions can be live-streamed or in-person (providing social distancing regulations can be adhered to).
A pass for 1, 5 or 10 sessions can be bought in advance.
Pricing
All classes must be paid for in advance. Blocks of 1, 5, 10 or 15 may be purchased. See the pricing document on the Site for more information. Pricing may change and you will be informed of this 14 days prior to any changes taking effect.
Cancellations
We can’t usually offer refunds or transfers of credit on classes.
Payment Processing for Products and Services
All payments will be in pound sterling. Payments can be made in Cash, Stripe or bank transfer.
Workshops
We cannot offer refunds for workshops.
If you cancel within 14 days of the start of the workshop then we can offer you a transfer of credit to a future workshop or classes at Sally Shrestha Yoga.
If Sally Shrestha Yoga cancels a workshop you will be offered either a full refund or the option of being transferred to an alternative event.
We cannot offer refunds for missing a workshop or event.
E-mail
Any unprotected e-mail communication over the Internet is, as with communication via any other medium (e.g. mobile phones, post office mail), not confidential, subject to possible interception or loss, and is also subject to possible alteration.
Website
If you access and use Sally Shrestha Yoga Website, you accept and agree to be bound by and comply with these terms. If you do not accept the Terms, do not use the Site.
